| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝切除术治疗肝内胆管结石的效果。方法总结肝切除治疗54例肝内胆管结石,分析手术指征、时机、注意事项及围手术期的处理。结果本组无手术死亡。切口感染5例,胆瘘2例,膈下脓肿1例,肺部感染1例,结石复发6例。结论肝切除是治疗肝内胆管结石的首选方法,能有效降低结石复发和再手术率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effect of hepatectomy i n the management of hepatolithiasis.Methods 54cases with hepatolithiasis treated with h epatectomy were analysed retrospectively,including opportune moment ,index and announcement of operations and perioperative deals.Results There were five wound infections,tw o bile fistula,one hepophrenal absc ess and one pulmonary infection cases,no su rgical operation death.Conclusion Hepatectomy is first choice of thera py of hepatolithia-sis. |
