槐米中芦丁的超声辅助提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究槐米中芦丁的最佳超声辅助提取工艺。方法在提取功率、超声提取时间、提取次数、料液比等单因素考察试验的基础上,通过正交设计法对超声提取时间、提取温度、料液比进行三因素三水平试验。结果最佳超声辅助提取工艺条件为超声频率20kHz、提取功率800w、提取温度60℃、料液比1:20,超声提取2次,每次30min;芦丁提取率最高为18.25%。结论优选的提取工艺条件简单可行、速度快,可提高槐米中芦丁的收率。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the ultrasonic- assisted extractive specting single- factor such as ultrasonic extraction time, extraction adopted to carry on the experiments of three factor and three levels process of rutin from Sophora japonica. Methods On the basis of in- temperature and the ratio of solid to liquid, the orthogonal design was on the ultrasonic extraction time, extraction temperature, ratio of solid to liquid for optimizing the extraction process. Results The optimum conditions were determined as follows: the ultrasonic frequency 20 kHz, the ultrasonic power 800 W, the ultrasonic temperature 60℃, the ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 20, ultrasonic extracting twice, each time 30 min. On this condition, the maximum extraction yield of rutin was 18.25%. Conclusion The optimized extraction process is simple, feasible, and rapid, which will enhance the extraction yield of rutin from Sophora japonica.
