| 摘 要： | 目的 报告新型足背皮瓣修复多指软组织缺损的临床效果。方法 用胫前足背血管为主干，跗内侧、第1跖背、跗外侧血管为分支构成足内侧、第1跖背、足外侧的三叶皮瓣移植修复多指软组织缺损19例。结果 术后1例皮瓣有一叶坏死，18例三叶皮瓣全部成活。结论 足内侧，第1跖背，足外侧三叶皮瓣游离移植修复多指软组织缺损是可行的，效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the clinical effects of the new flap transplant from the instep of on repairing the parenchyma defect of multiple fingers.Methods 19 cases of the parenchyma defect of multiple fingers were repaired with the trifoliated flap from instep.The anterior tibial blood vessel of instep was the main stem of flap's blood vessel,and the medial aspect,lateral aspect,and first dorsal metatarsal area blood vessels of foot were the branches.Results A foliate flap of 1 case was putrescence,else trifoliated flap of 18 cases survived.Conclusion The dissociative trifoliated flap from instep is feasible for repair parenchyma defect of multiple fingers and the clinical effects are satisfying. |
