| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胆源性胰腺炎手术治疗时机以及手术方式的选择体会。方法:对30例急性胆源性胰腺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:8例患者行急诊手术治疗,22例患者经保守综合治疗症状缓解后择期手术治疗;所有患者均治愈出院。结论:急性胆源性胰腺炎的手术治疗应根据不同情况选择适当的手术时机和手术方式,可有效提高治愈率,降低病死率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the selection of surgical treatment opportunity and method on acute biliary pancreatitis.Method The clinical datas of 30 patients with acute biliary pancreatitis were selected and analyzed retrospectively.Results 8 cases were treated by emergency treatment and 22 cases were treated by elective surgery after comprehensive conservative treatments.All the patients recovered well.Conclusion Appropriate opportunity and method should be selected on the basis of different situations to treat acute biliary pancreatitis and increase cure rate and reduce fatality rate. |
