| 摘 要： | 骨质疏松是中老年人健康的骨科常见病,OPG/RANK/RANKL是参与骨调节及骨重建的最重要分子系统之一,与骨疾病相关的骨质疏松有密切的联系,并已成为抗骨质疏松药物设计的新靶点.因此,对该系统的深入研究将为骨生理、病理机制阐明及骨疾病防治带来积极而又深远的影响. |

| Abstract: | Osteoporosis is a worldwide health problem with a high prevalence that affects many old people.OPG/RANK/RANKL system has played a decisive role in regulating bone remodeling and their dramatic role in bone disease was largely unexpected.The system has been targeted as a useful strategy for the treatment of osteoporosis.Therefore,deep research on this system will take positive effect on expounding.the mechanisms in normal and pathological conditions,and preventing bone disease. |
