| 摘 要： | 目的探讨视频脑电图（V-EEG）在癫痫诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析147例癫痫患者视频脑电监测结果。结果 147例癫痫患者中V-EEG出现痫性放电者121例,占82.3%（121/147）,未监测到痫性放电者26例（17.7%,26/147）,有临床发作者62例（51.2%,62/121）。59例诊断为癫痫综合征,其中儿童良性癫痫伴中央颞区棘波12例,儿童失神性癫痫10例,west综合征7例,额叶癫痫4例,颞叶癫痫19例,枕叶癫痫7例。62例患者确定癫痫发作类型,其中面强直阵挛性发作11例,失神发作10例,肌阵挛发作4例,强直发作9例,失张力发作5例,简单部分性发作9例,复杂部分性发作14例。发作期脑电形式多样,在各种发作表现形式中,有较明确起始部位的30例,其中额区起源6例、颞区起源11例、额颞区起源8例、枕颞后起源3例、额中央起源2例。结论视频脑电图监测在确定癫痫发作类型与癫痫综合征及评价脑电-临床关系方面可提供比较可靠的依据。
