| 摘 要： | 目的比较MRI各成像序列对弥漫性轴索损伤（DAI）病灶的显示数,探讨更具优势的成像序列。方法收集宁夏医科大学附属医院2007年12月至2008年12月20例经临床诊断为DAI患者临床和MRI资料,分析MRI各成像序列对DAI病灶的显示数。结果共显示DAI病灶43个,病灶部位位于脑白质、皮髓交界、基底节、胼胝体、脑干区。DWI（弥散加权成像）序列对DAI病灶的检出率及信号强度明显高于T1WI（常规自旋回波）,T2WI（快速自旋回波）,T2FLAIR（流动衰减反转恢复）序列。结论 DWI序列可作为诊断并显示DAI病灶的首选序列。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the value of various MR imaging sequences in cases with cerebral diffuse axonal injury(DAI).Methods 20 patients with DAI were examined by using T1WI,T2WI,T2FLAIR,DWI sequences.The detection number of cerebral DAI lesions was compared among the various MR imaging sequences and the characteristic signals were analyzed.Results 43 DAI lesions were found in,cerebral white matter,cerebral white matter and gray matter junction,basal ganglia,corpus callosum,brainstem area.The detection numbers ... |
