摘    要:目的研究健康教育以及生活方式干预对于血糖患者控制情况效果观察。方法选取本院自2012年1月—2014年2月间收治的78例糖尿病患者进行护理研究。对其进行随机分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组39例,对照组采用常规方法进行护理,观察组采用健康教育以及生活方式干预护理,对比研究护理前后患者的护理效果以及患者的护理满意度。结果经过本院的分组护理,观察组的患者空腹血糖以及餐后2 h的血糖较之对照组显著降低(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。且观察组患者的护理效果明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。结论经过本院的护理效果统计分析,采用健康教育以及生活方式干预可有效的控制血糖情况,有利于患者的康复。

Abstract:Objective To study the health education and lifestyle intervention on blood glucose control in patients with effect.Methods 78 cases ofdiabetic patients in this hospital from 2012 January ~2014 year in Februaryadmitted to the nursing research.Were randomly assigned to it, divided intothe observation group and the control group,Each group of 39 cases, the control group using conventional methods of care, the observation group used health education and life style intervention nursing, nursing before and after the comparative study of patient care and nursing satisfaction. Results After grouping nursing in our hospital, the observation group had impaired fasting glucose, postprandial 2H blood glucose compared with the control group decreased significantly(P0.05), with statistical significance. To observe the effect and nursing of patients was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Afternursing effect of the statistical analysis, control of blood glucose by health education and lifestyle intervention can effectively, is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
