高原地区丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉在无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果

目的探讨高原地区丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉在无痛胃镜检查中的应用体会。方法选取我院自2010年1月—2013年1月收治的68例实行无痛胃镜检查的患者进行分析研究,随机分为2组,每组34例,观察组患者采用丙泊酚复合芬太尼联合进行麻醉,对照组患者仅采用丙泊酚进行麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉情况以及术中不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的入睡时间为（43.15±2.24）和苏醒时间为（6.21±0.52）都明显短于对照组,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义;观察组患者使用丙泊酚用量为（113.15±19.25）明显少于对照组,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组患者的局部注射痛（8.82%）和呼吸抑制（8.82%）的发生率明显低于对照组,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义。结论采用丙泊酚复合芬太尼进行无痛胃镜检查的麻醉,能有效提高麻醉效果,减少患者痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

The Application of Propofol Combined with Remifentanil in Intravenous Anesthesia for Gastroscopy at High Altitude Area

Objective To explore the application of combined anesthesia of propofol and fentanyl in gastroscopy. Methods Chosen68 cases patients in our hospital from Feb.2010 to Feb.2013, and divided into observation group and control group. The control group used only propofol, the observation group used propofol compound with fentanyl, Compare the situation of anesthesia in two groups of patients and adverse reaction. Results The sleep time and the wake time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidences of adverse effect showed significant difference between the 2groups. Conclusion Application combined anesthesia of propofol and fentanyl in gastroscopy can improve the effect of anesthesia and reduce the untoward effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
