深圳福田区幼儿园3～6岁儿童单纯性肥胖症调查分析

【目的】了解深圳福田区幼儿园3～6岁儿童单纯性肥胖症患病情况，为儿童单纯性肥胖症的早期预防提供依据。【方法】在本院服务的10个社区采取分层整群抽样，对460名3～6岁儿童进行单纯性肥胖症流行病学调查。【结果1460名3～6岁儿童，检出肥胖症25人，患病率为5．43％，随着年龄增长，患病率有增加趋势（P〈0．05）。儿童肥胖以轻度、中度为主，重度为极少数，男、女儿童患病率无明显差异（P〉0．05）。【结论】深圳福田社区幼儿园3～6岁儿童单纯性肥胖症低于全国的平均水平，并随着年龄增长患病率增加。肥胖程度仍以轻、中度为主。

Survey on Simple Obesity in Children Aged 3-6 Years Old in Kindergartens of Futian District in Shenzhen

[Objective]To understand the prevalence of simple obesity in children aged 3- 6 years old in kindergarten of Futian district in Shenzhen so as to provide the evidence for the early prevention of simple obesity in children. [Methods]The stratified cluster sampling was used in 10 communities with the hospital services. A total of 460 children aged 3-6 years old received the epidemiological investigation of simple obesity.[Results]Of 460 children aged 3-6 years, 25 children had obesity. The prevalence rate was 5.43%. The prevalence rate had the trend of increasing with the age（ P 〈0.05）. Most of children with obesity were mild and moderate. Very few of them were severe. There was no significant difference in the prevalence between male and female children（ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The prevalence of simple obesity in children aged 3 - 6 years in Futian community of Shenzhen is lower than the average level of the whole nation, and increases with the age. The degree of obesity is mainly mild and moderate.
