间充质干细胞标记示踪方法研究进展

摘    要:间充质干细胞(MSCs)具有很强的自我更新能力和多向分化潜能,现已成为组织修复的理想种子细胞和基因治疗的靶细胞。但MSCs移植入体内的标记和示踪是当今研究的热点和难点问题。目前常用的标记示踪技术按不同的标记分类有:荧光染料标记,分子细胞标记,影像学成像技术标记等。就这些标记示踪方法的优缺点加以综述。

Abstract:Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have a strong self-renewal capacity and multi-differentiation potential, which make them become ideal seed cells of tissue repair and target cells of gene therapy. However, the labeling and tracing method of MSCs transplanted in vivo is the hot spot and difficult problem of the current research. At present, the commonly used tracer methods of MSCs include fluorescence dye labeling, molecular marker, imaging marker technology. This paper summarized the advantages and disadvantages of these tracer methods.
