| 摘 要： | 从武汉市硗口区1988年3月至1989年3月间分娩的产妇中,随机抽取150 例妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者,采用1:1配对方法,对其进行病例对照回顾性研究。通过对有效的131对资料进行单因素、逐步回归、条件logistic 回归及对数线性模型分析,最后筛选出影响妊高征的主要发病危险因素有:妊娠年龄、孕次、孕期睡眠状况、体重指数、胎儿性别及孕期上下班乘坐的交通工具等;而且因素间有交互作用。 |

| Abstract: | Risk factors for the occurrence of pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) were assessed using a case-control study data based on 131 women delivered between March 1988 and March 1989 at Qiaokou district in Wuhan city, Hubei province. The risk factors were estimated using single factor analysis, stepwise regression, conditional logistic regression, and log-linear model fitting. It was found that the main risk factors included gestational age, frequency of gestation, sex of fetus, sleep condition during gestation, index for avoirdupois of pregnant women, the types of traffic vehicle in which pregnant women rode going on/off work, and the interactions of these factors on each other. |
