| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将112例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,均给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药基础上加用中药汤剂。结果:治疗组有效率显著高于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭,在改善患者的临床症状、提高生活质量、降低单纯西药毒副作用及病死率等方面有显著疗效 |

Treating 112 cases of CHF in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effects of the integrative medicine in treating chronic heart failure. Methods: 112 cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, were treated with conventional western medicine, in addition the treated group was given Chinese medicine decoction. Results: The effective rate of the treated group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: The integrative medicine has a significant effect in improving clinical symptoms, improve quality of life and reduce the toxic side effects and mortality. |
