2011年佛山市南海区不同人群艾滋病相关知识调查

目的了解南海区不同人群艾滋病知识知晓状况,为有针对性地采取艾滋病防控措施提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对南海区一般人群的艾滋病相关知识和态度进行调查。结果根据国家督导评估方案计算的艾滋病防治知识知晓率在4组人群中差异有统计学意义,艾滋病相关知识知晓率比较显示城市居民高于农村居民、校内青少年和流动人口。四类人群对血液传播、共用注射器感染艾滋病有较高的知晓率,而对蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病知晓率最低。获取艾滋病知识途径的前三位为电视、报刊和免费宣传栏。结论不同特征人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率有差异,提示应有针对性地开展艾滋病相关防治知识的宣传教育。

Investigation on HIV/AIDS related knowledge level among different populations in Nanhai district

Objective To study HIV/AIDS related knowledge level among different populations in Nanhai,and provide scientific bases for taking HIV/AIDS control measures.Methods A questionnaire was conducted to investigate the level of knowledge about HIV/AIDS related knowledge and attitudes in urban residents,rural residents,adolescents in school and floating population,who were selected by stratified random cluster sampling.Results The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge which was computed according to the national supervision and evaluation program was significantly varied among different groups.The urban residents to awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge was higher than rural residents adolescents in school and floating population.The proportion of subjects who understood HIV could be transmitted injection and via blood was higher.but the awareness rate of mosquito bites was lower.TV,magazines and books,the free publicity materials were the main ways to obtain HIV/AIDS related knowledge.Conclusion The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge are different among the four groups.It suggests that the health education on AIDS control should be implement.
