外感发热的辨证施护——兼议刮痧疗法的退热效果

[目的]探讨中医辨证施护联合刮痧疗法对外感发热患者的护理效果。[方法]对60例患者实施辨证施护,并给予刮痧外治法。[结果]刮痧结束后30min体温降至正常范围者29例,较治疗前降低>1℃,但仍高于正常者27例,无明显变化者4例。总有效率93.3%。[结论]外感发热患者经正确的辨证施护,并实施刮痧疗法,有利于改善机体功能,能有效降温,并促进发热患者康复。

Exogenous Fever Syndrome Nursing Experience Fever Joint Scrapping Therapy

[ Objective]To investigate the nursing care of treating patients by Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing and co - scraping therapy. [ Methods ] Treating 60 cases of exogenous fever patients by using TCM nursing and - scraping therapy. [ Result] After scraping the end of 30 minutes, body temperature dropped to normal range in 29 cases, lower than before treatment 〉 1 ~C, but still higher than normal in 27 cases, no significant changes in 4 patients. Total effective 93.3%. [ Conclusion] Exogenous fever syndrome in patients after correct nursing, and implementation of scraping therapy, will help to improve body function, can effec- tively cool down, and to promote the rehabilitation of patients with fever.
