摘 要: | ![]() 目的:建立对降香中橙花叔醇含量随煎煮时间变化的分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇:水为流动相(78:22),检测波长:213nm,体积流速:1.2ml/min,柱温:室温,检测降香沸水后下时每间隔1 min所取水煎液样品中橙花叔醇的含量。结果:在煮沸后20min内,橙花叔醇含量呈上升趋势,在2.8min时达到相对高点;之后,呈下降趋势。结论:沸腾后仍用文火继续煎煮约2.8min时降香中的橙花叔醇的含量相对较高。

Abstract: | ![]() Objective:To explore methods to analyze how nerolidol contents vary with boiling time of dalbergia decoction. Method:HPLC was used, with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (78:22), determine wavelength of 213nm, volumetric flow rate of 1.2ml/min, and column temperature of room temperature. We tested nerolidol contents sampled from dalbergia decoction at 1min intervals after boiled. Results:During the 20 minutes after the decoction boiled, the contents took on an ascending tendency;afterwards, it took on a descending tendency. Conclusion:The highest content was obtained at 2.8min after the decoction boiled. |
