乌骨藤多糖脱蛋白工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:优选乌骨藤多糖脱蛋白工艺。方法以蛋白脱除率和多糖保留率为评价指标,考察酶-Sevage法对乌骨藤多糖脱蛋白的效果。结果酶-Sevage法的蛋白脱除率分别为75.09%,多糖保留率分别为89.83%。结论酶-Sevage法脱蛋白的方法可行。

Abstract:Objective To optimize deproteinization technology of polysaccharides from Caulis Marsdeniae Tenacissimae. Methods With retention rate of polysaccharide and deproteinization rate as comprehensive evaluation index to investigate deproteinized effect of Enzyme-Sevage. Results Polysaccharide retention rate of Enzyme-Sevage is 75.09%, deproteinization rate is 89.83%. Conclusion The Enzyme-Sevage method is the workable method of the polysaccharides extraction from Caulis Marsdeniae Tenacissimae.
