| 摘 要： | 目的:观察运用温中涩肠法及其代表方桃花汤加减治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:桃花汤加减水煎服,日1付,分2次温服;桃花汤水煎灌肠,每晚1付。每疗程7日,2周后观察治疗效果。结果:临床治愈38例,有效12例,脱落8例,总有效率86%。结论:运用温中涩肠法及其代表方桃花汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意。
