消癥祛瘀方治疗宫外孕30例临床观察

目的:观察消癥祛瘀方治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:60例异位妊娠患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组常规以甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮治疗,治疗组给予中药消癥祛瘀方治疗,观察比较两组治疗有效率及相关实验室检查结果。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后血β-HCG值及包块直径改善程度相当,但治疗组副反应发生率为6.7%,较对照组的26.7%,有显著性差异。结论:消癥祛瘀法治疗异位妊娠有较好临床疗效,副反应少,值得推广。

Clinical observation of 30 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated with TCM formula for eliminating mass and blood stasis

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of TCM formula for eliminating mass and blood Stasis on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given conventional methotrexate and mifepristone treatment. The treatment group was given TCM formula for eliminating mass and blood Stasis. Observe and compare the effective rate and examination results of the two groups. Results：the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, and the control group 86.7%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the bloodβ-HCG value and mass diameter had little change, but the incidence of side effects of the treatment group was 6.7%which was significantly different from that of he control group26.7%. Conclusion：TCM formula for eliminating mass and blood Stasis has better clinical curative effect on treating ectopic pregnancy and has less side effect, which is worth promoting.
