糖尿病足的中西医结合治疗

目的:挖掘,复习,研究,交流研治糖尿病足的体会经验。方法:本文中西医结合,采用西药胰岛素注射加中药验方鸡蛋黄油外敷以及口服中医药汤剂自拟活血逐瘀通络汤加减三法联用辨证调治。结果:经中西医结合,三法联用治疗二十余例糖尿病足患者均收满意疗效。结论:糖尿病足是一种很难治愈的病症,实践证明中西医结合三法联用提高疗效,缩短疗程,减少患者痛苦和经济负担。今介绍如下。

Combination of the Chinese and Western medicine treatment of diabetic foot

Objective：To excavate, review, study, communicate the research and treatment on experience of diabetic foot. Methods：combination of the Chinese and Western medicine, the western medicine injection of insulin plus the Chinese medicine external application of egg butter and oral Chinese medicine decoction pulvis of activating blood stasis and relaxing vein decoction,the three methods combined with syndrome differentiation treatment. Results：by means of the combination of the Chinese and Western medicine, more than 20 patients with diabetic foot were received satisfactory effect by being treated with combining the three methods. Conclusion：the diabetic foot is a difficult to cure diseases, practice has proved that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine with three method combined can improve efficacy, shorten the course of treatment, reduce the pain and the economic burden of the patients.
