加味参苓白术散治疗重症患者肠功能障碍63例疗效观察

目的:观察在常规西医治疗的基础上加用加味参苓白术散治疗重症患者肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将91例患者随机分为两组,对照组25例予单纯西药治疗,治疗组66例在使用西药的基础上加用参苓白术散口服,连续使用7天。结果:对照组有效率80%;加味参苓白术散治疗组有效率为86.3%,P<0.05,两组比较具有统计学意义。结论:加味参苓白术散辅助西药治疗重症患者肠功能障碍疗效满意。

Clinical observation of 63 cases of modified Shenling Baizhu powder in treatment of severe patients with intestinal dysfunction

Objective： To observe the conventional Western medicine based on the use SHENLINGBAISHU casual treatment in patients with severe intestinal dysfunction clinical efficacy. Methods：91 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 25cases I only western medicine treatment group 66 cases in the use of western medicine based on the use of oral Shenling Baizhu powder, continuous use for 7 days. Results： The control group was 80%; Shenling Baizhu powder casual treatment group was 86.3%, P〈0.05, statistically significant between the two groups. Conclusion： Shenling Baizhu powder auxiliary western medicine treatment in patients with severe intestinal dysfunction. The results were satisfactory.
