| 摘 要： | 近来研究表明Th17及其细胞因子在RA滑膜炎、软骨破坏及骨侵蚀破坏中起重要作用。青藤碱在治疗类风湿性关节炎方面疗效确切,副作用小,青藤碱治疗RA过程中,势必对Th17及其关键细胞因子产生作用。因此,开展相关领域研究,对于深层次认识Th17作用RA发病机理,提高青藤碱治疗RA靶点清晰度具有十分重要的现实意义和理论价值。

Research progress of the effects of sinomenine on rheumatoid arthritis Th17 |

| Abstract: | In recent research, it shows that Th17 and its cytokines play an important role in RA synovitis, cartilage destruction and bone erosion. Sinomenine has exact curative effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with little side effects and also has the influence on Th17 and its cytokines in the treatment of RA. Therefore, it has great important practical significance and theoretical value to carry out relevant research in the field, which can help us understand the efficacy of Th17 and the pathogenesis RA and improve the definition of treating RA with sinomenine as a treatment targeting. |
