中西医结合治疗良性前列腺增生症患者下尿路症状32例

目的:观察中西医结合治疗前列腺增生症下尿路症状的临床疗效。方法:将66例患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组(33例)和西医常规治疗对照组(33例),观察两组治疗后国际前列腺症状评分(I—PSS),生活质量评分(QOL),最大尿流率(Qmax),血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)变化并比较。结果:两组治疗后,治疗组较对照组在各项观察指标上有显著改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗前列腺增生症下尿路症状,特别是膀胱刺激征有明显疗效。

Combining traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to treat 32 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia of lower urinary tract symptoms

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on treating benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptoms. Methods：66 patients were randomly divided into two groups, a group of combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine （33 cases） and a control group of routine treatment （33 cases）. After the treatment, observe and compare the changes of International Prostate Symptom Score （I-PSS）, quality of life score （QOL）, maximal urinary flow rate （MFR）, serum prostate specific antigen （PSA） of the two groups. Results：the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group in all the observed standards.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptom, especially the bladder irritation symptoms, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has an obvious efficacy.
