脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎使用灭幽汤改善幽门螺杆菌感染的临床研究

目的:研究灭幽汤改善脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎幽门螺杆菌感染的临床疗效。方法:对80名脾胃湿热型伴幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎患者进行治疗。对照组采用中西药结合常规联合治疗,临床组采用灭幽汤加减进行治疗。两组在治疗四周后进行疗效对比。结果:临床组中医证候积分及疗效总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但两组间证候疗效对比并无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:灭幽汤在充分杀灭胃内幽门螺杆菌、遏制幽门螺杆菌继续滋生、发挥根治作用的前提下,可有效改善脾胃湿热型慢性浅表性胃炎幽门螺杆菌感染症状,尤其在改善主症和中医证候效果突出。

To study the Mieyou Decoction on improving the curative effect of spleen stomach damp heat type chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection

Objective：To study the mieyou Decoction on improving the curative effect of spleen stomach damp heat type chronic gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods： treatment for 80 patients with spleen stomach damp heat syndrome of chronic gastritis and Helicobacter pylori infection. The control group used conventional western medicine in combination therapy, the clinical group with mieyou Decoction for treatment. The curative effect was compared between the two groups after 4 weeks. Results：the clinical syndrome integral effect and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, but the two groups had no significant difference between syndromes （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Mieyou Decoction in the killing gastric Helicobacter pylori containing the breeding of Helicobacter pylori, playing the role of radical, can effectively improve the spleen stomach damp heat syndrome of chronic superficial gastritis with Helicobacter pylori infection symptoms, especially in improving the main symptoms and Chinese medicine syndrome, the effect is prominent.
