风油精的药效学研究

摘    要:目的:研究风油精的药效学。方法:镇痛药效实验采用小鼠热板法和小鼠扭体法实验,抗炎药效实验采用小鼠耳肿胀法和小白鼠皮内色素渗出的影响实验,止血作用采用小白鼠断尾出血时间测定实验。结果:风油精能极显著提高小白鼠痛阈与扭体反应出现时间(与对照组比较,P<0.01);能显著(三丫牌)和极显著(水仙牌)减少二甲苯所致的小白鼠耳廓炎症肿胀度(与对照组比较,分别为P<0.05和P<0.01),均能极显著减少小白鼠皮内色素的渗出(与对照组比较,P<0.01);能极显著缩短小白鼠的出血时间(与空白对照组比较,P<0.01);三丫牌和水仙牌风油精的镇痛、抗炎、止血作用无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:三丫牌和水仙牌风油精均具有良好的镇痛、抗炎、止血作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the pharmacodynamics of Fen gyoujing.Methods:For analgesia effect test pain thresh-old was the hot plate test and the writhing test;for anti -inflammation test mice were administrated with toluene to observe the effect of Fengyoujing on toluene -induced inflammation mouse ears as well as infiltration of intr acutaneous pigment ;for hemastatic effect test the mouse tails were cut to determine bleeding time after administration of Fengyoujing.Results:Fengyoujing increased the pain thre shold and the time of writhing test(P<0.01).Fengyoujing alleviatedthe inflammation of mouse ears,as well as infiltration of int racutaneous pigment.Fengyoujing s hortened mouse bleeding time.The defference of analgesic effect ,antiinflamation and bleeding -stop between"SAN YA"brand and"NARCISSUS "brand was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The pharmacological experiments demonstrate that"SAN YA"brand and"NARCISSUS"brand Fengyoujing possess good effe cts in analgesia,anti -inflammatio n and bleeding -stop,and the two kinds of Fengyoujin g had no difference in the pharmacolo gical effects.
