女性乳腺癌患者配偶心理体验的质性研究

目的:探讨女性乳腺癌患者综合治疗期间配偶的心理真实体验,为临床心理干预提供依据。方法:采用质性研究的现象学研究方法,对9例女性乳腺癌患者配偶进行深入访谈。结果:通过访谈归纳出5个主题:工作与家庭的冲突;疾病治疗信息的缺乏;出现了焦虑、抑郁情绪;性生活不和谐;对生活的前景和期望值降低。结论:医务人员应为乳腺癌患者和配偶构建交流平台,关注和缓解乳腺癌患者配偶的心理压力与痛苦,提高男性配偶的生活质量,改善乳腺癌患者和配偶的婚姻生活质量。

The quality study on the psychological experiences of spouses of breast cancer patients

Objective：To expore the real psychological experiences spouses of breast cancer patients during the comprehansive therapy,which provided the new thoughts for clinical intervention. Methods：Spouses of 9 breast cancer patients were interviewed based on phenomenological method of quality study. Results：Interview come to five topics,including the confliction between work and family,the lack of treatment information,anxiety and depression,inharmonial sex life,decreased expectation toward life,Conclusion：Cumunication platform should be builded betweent breast cancer patients and their spouses,care and alleviation of the psychological pressure and pain of male spouses of breast cancer patients,improving the life quality of breast cancer and their spouses.
