护理论文写作难点分析与对策

目的通过对全院2007年度153篇护理论文及技术报告的写作评比分析，了解全院护理论文写作概况，找出在基层医院有关护理论文写作的切入点，提高我院护士论文写作水平。方法对153篇护理论文中的文题、撰写格式、内容等进行分析、评分。结果有近一半的护理人员只是把交1篇论文作为任务来完成，并没有从自身工作实践中找出需解决的问题，总结出新的观点、新的方法，不能有效利用学术期刊来指导护理论文写作。结论要提高护理人员的写作技能，需从基础做起，切实在三基、三新上下功夫，在实践中找素材，在思索中求突破。在写作技巧上找出路。

Analysis and countermeasure in difficulties of nursing thesis

Objective According to the analysis of 153 nursing thesis and technique reports in our whole hospital in 2007.To survey the writing general situation of nursing thesis in the our hospital,to find out the starting point of the nursing writing in the grass-roots hospital to improve the level of nurses writing in our hospital.Methods Titles,patterns,contents of 153 nursing thesis were analyzed and graded.Results Nearly half of nurses considered the writing article as a task to submit an article.They never considered the problems which need solution or met in their daily need,even thought and summarized the new ways or new viewpoint.Another thing is they can not use the scientific magazine as direction to write the nursing thesis.Conclusion If we wanted to improve the skills in writing of the nurse.We must work hard from the basement.And we work hard at three base,three new.We should find materials in our daily work,and search breakthrough points in thinking and look for the outlet in writing skill.
