| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺印戒细胞癌的病理特点及鉴别诊断要点。方法观察2例乳腺印戒细胞癌的病理和免疫组化特点,并复习相关文献。结果乳腺印戒细胞癌在大体上表现为界限清楚的肿块。组织形态学上有3种结构,印戒样、小管状和小叶样。免疫组化染色中乳腺原发性印戒细胞癌的CK20阴性而CK7和PR阳性,而胃转移性乳腺印戒细胞癌的CK20呈阳性表达而ER、PR和CK7阴性。结论乳腺印戒细胞癌是一种少见的肿瘤,具有独特的免疫组化特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical pathologic characteristics and differential diagnosis of signet-ring cell carcinoma(SRCC) of the breast. Methods Two cases of breast signet-ring cell carcinoma were studied by clinical data,light microscopy and immunohistochemistry,and the related literatures were reviewed. Results(Breast signet-ring) cell carcinomas were grossly circumscribed.Morphologically,there were signet-ring,lobular and tubular patterns.Immunohistochemically,the tumor cells were negative for CK20,positive for CK7 and PR in primary SRCC.However,the tumor cells were positive for CK20,negative for ER,PR and CK7 in metastatic SRCC from stomach. Conclusion Signet-ring cell carcinoma of the breast is a rare neoplasm with distinctive immunohistochemistry. |
