VEEG监测对癫(癎)的诊断及鉴别诊断的价值

目的:探讨同步录像脑电图(VEEG)监测对癫癎及可疑癫癎患者诊断和鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法:对常规脑电图(EEG)无癎样放电的48例临床诊断为癫癎及33例可疑癫癎的患者的VEEG资料进行回顾性分析。结果:癫癎组VEEG癎样放电检出率为83％,可疑癫癎组癎样放电检出率为32％;83％的癎样放电出现在睡眠期。结论:VEEG监测可明显提高癎样放电的检出率,为癫癎及可疑癫癎的诊断及鉴别诊断提供重要依据,并有助于癫癎发作的分型。

Diagnostic value of Video-EEG in patients with epilepsy or suspicious epilepsy

Objective: To explore the clinical diagnostic value of Video-electroencephalogram (VEEG) in patients with epilepsy and those with suspicious epilepsy. Method: The monitoring of VEEG was performed in 48 epileptics and 33 suspicious epileptics and the routine EEG of all the patients were no epileptiform discharges. Result: The abnormaltTy rate of VEEG is 83% in epileptic cases and 32% in suspicious epileptics. The 83% of epileptiform discharges were found in the stage of sleep. Conclusion: VEEG can record more epileptiforms discharges and may play an important role and be an effective method on diagnosis and suspicious diagnosis,and classification of epilepsy.
