| 摘 要： | 目的探索克山病的流行特征和消长趋势，以正确指导克山病的预防和治疗。方法对吕梁市监测点人群全部做心电图检查。结果对227人进行临床检查，心电图描记，未发现急性、亚急性及慢性克山病病人，检出潜在型克山病5人。结论吕梁市克山病病情处于稳定趋势。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective]To explore the epidemic features and fluctuation trend of Keshan, and supply correct guidance of Keshan disease prevention and treatment. [ Methods] The surveillance site groups were all examined by electrocardiogram. [ Results ] 227 people were conducted clinical examination and electrocardiogram monitoring no acute, sub-acute or chronic Keshan disease patients were found, 5 potential Keshan disease patients were detected. [ Conclusion] Keshan disease is in a stable trend in Lvliang city. |
