| 摘 要： | 目的：研究梅毒患者细胞免疫功能状态。方法：运用流式细胞仪，分析了23例梅毒患者的外周血中T淋巴细胞免疫表型的特点及其与疗效间的关系。同时应用酶联免疫吸附法测定了血清可溶性白介素2受体（sIL-2R）的水平变化。结果：23例梅毒患者外周血中总T、TH、NK细胞及TH／TS的比值均低于正常对照组（P＜0．01或P＜0．05），而Ts的比例及sIL-2R水平则显著高于正常对照组（P＜0．01）。经驱梅治疗后3个月，血清阴转患者及未阴转患者分为两组。无论是治疗前还是治疗后，血清未阴转患者细胞免疫功能均较血清阴转患者更低。结论：梅毒患者的细胞免疫功能受到不同程度的损伤，损伤程度与疗效密切相关。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTostudycellularimmunefunctioninpatientswithsyphilis.MethodsUsingflowcytometry,thecharacteristicofperipheralbloodlymphocyteimmophenotypes(PBLI)of23casesofsyphilis,andtherelationshipbetweenthePBLIandtherapeuticeffectwereanalyzed.Meanwhile,serumlevelofsIL-2Rofthepa-tientswasdetectedbyELISA.ResultsTheresultsshowedthatthepercentagesofpanT,TH,NKcellsandtheratioofTH/TSwerelower(P<0.01orP<0.05)andthepercentageofTscellsandthelevelofsIL-2Rweresignificantlyhigher(P<0.01)thanthoseofnormalcontrols.And,thecellularimmunityinseropositivecaseswasmoreseverelydamagedthanthatinseronegativecases,eitherbeforeoraftertreatment.ConclusionItindicatesthatthecellularimmunityinsyphiliticpatientshasbeendamagedmoreorless.Theseverityofdamageiscloselyrelatedtothether-apeuticeffect. |
