摘    要:
观察运动对饲胆固醇家兔血浆脂类(TG、TCh)、脂蛋白(LDL-Ch、HDL-Ch)水平及相关酶类(LPL、LCAT)活性的影响,从而进一步了解运动降血脂效应的机制。

Abstract:
22 male rabbits were subdivided into two groups at random. The first group was kept in a spacious house,so that the rabbits couldrun freely.The second group was kept in a narrow cage,in which theirmovement was greatly limited.All the rabbits were fed with standard mixedfeed.After three days TG,TCh,LDL-Ch,HDL-Ch and IPL,LCAT ofplasma were analysed.Then all the rabbits were fed with 500mg cholesteroldaily for 4 weeks.After that,above mentioned indexes were measured again.It was found that the TG,TCh,LDL-Ch of plasma in limited exercisegroup were higher than that in exercise group.But LPL,LCAT and HDL-Ch were contrary.These result arc favourable to delay the development ofatherosclerosis.
