| 摘 要： | 我院自１９８９年３月至１９９５年１０月手术治疗２１例创伤性膈疝，２１例疝愈。 发病机理与胸腹腔压力差、腹腔脏器冲击膈肌及胸腔负压有关。同时简要介绍了创伤性膈疝的诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | From March 1989 to October 1995,21 cases of traumatic diaphragmatocele were surgically treated with 21 recoveries The pathogenesis was related to the following factors:the pressure difference between abdominal and thoracic Cavities,the dashing force of abdominal viscera against diaphragm,as well as the negative pressure of thoracic cavity The diagnosis and treatments for were briefly discussed |
