产前补充牛磺酸对室内生长受限IUGR胎鼠脑超微结构的影响

摘    要:
【目的】了解宫内生长受限(intrauterine growth restriction,IUGR)胎鼠脑超微结构变化及产前补充牛磺酸对其变化的影响。【方法】将15只健康孕鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组、I UGR模型组及I UGR模型牛磺酸用药组。后两组自妊娠第1天开始饲以对照组食量的40%建立I UGR模型,牛磺酸组在饲料中添加牛磺酸300mg/(kg.d)直至自然分娩。记录胎鼠出生体重和脑重,JEM-1220透射电镜观察各组胎鼠脑超微结构变化。【结果】1)I UGR组胎鼠体重和脑重均显著低于正常对照组(P0.01);2)补充牛磺酸胎鼠出生体重和脑重均明显增加(P0.01);3)透射电镜显示I UGR胎鼠大脑和小脑皮质结构稀疏紊乱,可见大量散在分布的凋亡细胞,神经元突触数量减少,胶质细胞增生,神经元数量减少,排列稀疏。【结论】补充牛磺酸可显著改善I UGR引起的脑超微结构病理改变(透射电镜显示),从而显著改善I UGR胎鼠脑发育。
