| 摘 要： | 目的:检测EDA蛋白在小鼠胚胎颌面部组织中的表达。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测EDA蛋白在小鼠胚胎颌面部组织中的表达。结果:在颌面部的软骨可见棕黄色着色,腺体呈黄色着色。从蕾状期到釉质形成期的各个时期的胚胎鼠牙胚均未见到明显的阳性染色。结论:EDA蛋白在小鼠颌面部的软骨和腺体中有阳性表达。在小鼠牙胚中是否有表达还有待进一步研究。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the expression of EDA in embryonic maxillafacial tissues of mice.Method:Immunohistochemical methods have been used to detect the expression of EDA in embryonic maxillafacial tissues of mice .Result: Cartilages and glands of mice embryonic tissues were stained brown or yellow. No positive stain was found in all stages of mice tooth germs.Conclusion: EDA protein was expressed in Cartilages and glands of mice embryonic tissues. |
