| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨核因子-κB(NF-κB)在严重烧伤后肝损伤时的变化意义和临床应用。方法：查阅近10年国内外相关文献，并进行分析、综述。结果：NF-κB是严重烧伤后肝损伤时出现最早的敏感指标。结论：深入研究N-κB对严重烧伤后肝损伤的诊断和治疗有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical significance of the change of nuclear factor k B level in hepatic injury and its clinical application. Method: A survey of the literature covering the past 10 years, an analysis and a review were made. Result: Nuclear factor k B is the most sensitive index for diagnosis of hepatic injury after burn. Conclusion: It is important to further study of the significance of nuclear factor k B l in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic injury after severe burn. |
