| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展和医学的不断进步,人们对医学硕士研究生的培养提出了新的更高的要求,必须提高医学硕士研究生的综合能力,才能真正培养出具有国际竞争力的高层次人才,满足我国医学事业发展的需要。本文针对目前在我国医学硕士研究生培养中存在的问题,阐述了应该采取的必要措施及对策。 |

| Abstract: | Along with the development of society and the advancement of medical knowledge,the new higher requirements are required for the cultivation of medical postgraduate students. We must improve the comprehensive abilities of the medical postgraduate students,in order to train the high-lever talent with international competition ability and meet the demand of national medical undertaking development. This paper discusses and analyzes the problem existing in the cultivation of the medical postgraduate students at present,and tries to state the necessary measures and countermeasures. |
