综合性护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术后康复及生活质量的影响

目的探讨综合性护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）后康复及生活质量的影响。方法选择300例行TURP手术患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。两组患者入院后均按TURP围手术期护理常规进行护理。观察组在此基础上予以综合性护理干预措施。结果观察组术后膀胱痉挛发生率、膀胱冲洗时间、术后留置尿管时间和住院时间均明显少于对照组（尸〈0．05或P〈0．01）。术后3个月，两组患者术后IPSS评分均较治疗前明显下降，QOL评分明显上升（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），且观察组下降或上升幅度明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论综合性护理能降低患者术后膀胱痉挛发生率、缩短术后康复时间、改善膀胱出口梗阻的症状、提高生活质量。

The impact of the comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation and quality of life after transurethral resection of prostate

Objective To explore the impact of the comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation and quality of life after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods All 300 cases with prostate hyperplasia were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Routine perioperative care were taken for all patients,and comprehensive care interventions were taken in the observation group.Results The incidence of bladder spasm after surgery,bladder irrigation time,postoperative catheter indwelling time and length of hospital stay were significantly less than those in the control group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Three months after surgery,postoperative IPSS score decreased greatly and QOL scores increased significantly(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),and the extent of decrease or increase in the observation group was greater compared with that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive care can reduce the incidence of postoperative bladder spasm,shorten the postoperative recovery time,improve the symptoms of bladder outlet obstruction,and improve the quality of life.
