摘    要:
目的:探讨核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(AgNOR)计数在良、恶性疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:采用李青AgNOR改良法对组织切片进行染色,按照“上海方案”(1993)进行分型计数。结果:74例良性疾病AgNOR计数均值X=1.94/细胞,S=0.42;74例恶性疾病AgNOR计数X=5.98/细胞,S=0.49。经统计学处理P<0.001,两者之间差异有极为显著性。结论:AgNOR可以用于临床良、恶性疾病的鉴别诊断,而且有快速、经济可靠、易操作、易推广之特点。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical value of AgNOR count in the diagnosis of benign and malignant disease.Methods The silver colloid technique improved by LI Qing were used in the tissue slice staining to examine the AgNOR count,and AgNOR count was based on the Shanghai Proposal(1993).Results In 74 patients with benign disease,the mean AgNOR count was 1.94 percent, s=0.42;and in 74 patients with malignant disease,the mean AgNOR count was 5.98 percent,s=0.49.The mean AgNOR count had significant difference between two groups,P<0.001.Conclusion AgNOR count may be used in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant disease,and it has following features:fast-resulting,low-cost,good reliability,and easy handling.
