Protective Efect of Qi-dan-hua-tan Decoction on Acute Myocardial Ischemia Injury of Rat

Abstract:
Objective: To observate the protection of the Qidanhuatan Decoction on acute myocardial ischemia injury.Methods: 60 Wistar rats were divided randomly into the blank group,the model group,the Qidanhuatantang with low dose group、the Qidanhuatantang with normal dose group and the Qidanhuatantang with high dose group,enalapril maleatet group,10 rats per group.The blank group and the model group were given saline water,while all treatment groups were given medicines,continuing 7 days.After 7 day for perfuse drug,except the blank group,the others groups were given hypophysin(0.6U/kg)intraperitoneal injection for modeling.The expression level of Serum CK,LDK were measured after 1 hours through draw blood from abdominal aorta.Results: Comparison with blank group,the level of serum level of CK,LDK in model group was obviously higher(P<0.05);comparison with model group,all treatment groups decreased serum activity and content of CK,LDK(P<0.05),there was no significantly difference between treatment groups.Conclusion: The Qidanhuatan Decoction could decreas the serum activity and content of CK,LDK of acute myocardial ischemia,which could effectively protectischemic myocardium.
