| 摘 要： | 目的探讨槐果碱注射液对犬血流动力学的影响,为临床用药提供基础.方法 以犬为对象对用药前后心率(HR)、血压(BP)、心脏每搏量(SV)、每搏指数(SVI)、连续心排量(CCO)、连续心排指数(CCI)、左室每搏作功指数(LVSWI)、体循环血管阻力(SVR)、肺循环阻力及其指数(SVRI)、肺循环血管阻力(PVR)、肺循环阻力及其指数(PVRI)、冠状动脉流量(CF)、肺毛细血管楔压(PCWP)等项目进行检测并比较.结果 槐果碱注射液缓慢静脉注射后能使升高血压及升高的PCWP下降,增加CF,降低SVR及SVRI,降低PVR及PVRI.结论槐果碱可改善心脏的前后负荷,对恢复心功能有利,可作为指导临床用药的根据. |

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the hemodynamic features of sophocarpine in dogs. Methods Before and after use of sophocarpine the parameters of HR, BP, SV, SVI, CCO, CCI, LVSWI, SVR, SVRI, PVR, PVRI, CF, PCWP were collected. Results Sophocarpine could lower the PCWP, increase the coronary blood flow, decrease SVR and SVRI, and decrease PVR and PVRI. Conclusion The results suggest that sophocarpine could improved the preload and after load of heart and it is beneficial for recovering the cardiac function. |
