| 摘 要： | 目的 研究解脲支原体感染对精液的影响 ,进一步探讨男性不育的原因。方法 应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)对 72例不育男性精液进行UU检测 ,同时用CASA对精液进行常规分析。结果 解脲支原体阳性 42例 (5 8% ) ,支原体阳性组与阴性组比较 ,精子密度、活度、a、b活力、畸形率均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 解脲支原体感染可直接影响精液质量 ,从而导致男性不育 |

| Abstract: | Objectives To study the effect of U. urealyticum(UU) on sperm and the cause of male sterility. Methods The DNA of UU was detect in 72 cases of sperm with Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), meanwhile routine analyzed the sperm with CASA. Results Among the 72 cases, the DNA of UU was positive in 42 cases (58%). The differences of sperm concentration, rate of live sperm, motor ability and abnormal sperm rate between UU positive group and negative group were significant (P<0.01). Conclusions UU can directly damage the sperm, and cause male sterility. |
