| 摘 要： | 目的 评价喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法将86例患者随机分为喹硫平组和氯丙嗪组，治疗8周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、临床疗效总评量表（CGI-GI）、副反应量表（TESS）评估疗效及不良反应。结果 喹硫平与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症均有较好疗效，但前者不良反应显著较少。结论 喹硫平治疗精神分裂症安全、疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of quetiapine and clopromazine in treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 86 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the treatment group of quetiapine or clopromazine for 8 weeks.Used PANSS and CGI-GI for evaluating efficacy.TESS was used to evaluate the side effects.Results Both quetiapine and clopromazine have efficacy to treat schizophrenia,but quetiapine' s adverse reactions are less and mild.Conclusion Quetiapine is an effiective and safe drug to treat schizophrenia. |
