P57KIP2在子宫内膜癌及子宫内膜不同病变组织中表达的意义

目的 通过检测p57KIP2蛋白在子宫内膜癌及子宫内膜不同病变组织中的表达情况,探讨p57KIP2在子宫内膜癌发生、发展中的作用.方法 选取100例子宫内膜样腺癌( endometrioid adenocarcinoma,EA),以及子宫内膜增生期、分泌期、单纯性增生、复杂性增生组织各10例,子宫内膜上皮内瘤变(Endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia,EIN) 20例,用免疫组织化学Elivision法检测这些病变组织中p57KIP2蛋白的表达情况.结果 p57KIP2蛋白在EA、子宫内膜增生期、分泌期、单纯性增生、复杂性增生、EIN组织中的阳性表达率分别为26.00％、0.00％、60.00％、0.00％、10.00％、40.00％.p57KIP2蛋白在EA组织中的阳性表达与在分泌期组织中的阳性表达比较,在分泌期组织中的阳性表达与在复杂性增生中的阳性表达比较,差异均有显著性(P＜0.05)；在EA中,p57KIP2蛋白的阳性表达与组织学分级有关(P＜0.05),与年龄大小、盆腔淋巴结有无转移等无关(P＞0.05).结论 p57KIP2参与了子宫内膜癌的发生发展过程.

Expression and significance of p57KIP2 in endometrial carcinoma and endometrial different lesions

Objective To investigate the expressions of p57KIP2 protein in endometrial carcinoma and endometrial different lesions and further explore the role of p57KIP2 in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.Methods The expressions of p57KIP2 protein in 100 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma(EA),10 cases of endometrial proliferative phase,10 cases of secretory phase,10 cases of simple hyperplasia,10 cases of complex hyperplasia tissues and 20 cases of Endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia(EIN) were detected by immunohistochemical Elivision methods,respectively.Results The positive expression rate of p57KIP2 protein in EA,endometrial proliferative phase,secretory phase,simple hyperplasia,complex hyperplasia tissues and EIN were 26.00%,0.00%,60.00%,0.00%,10.00% and 40.00%,respectively.There was significant difference of p57KIP2 protein positive expression between EA and endometrial secretory phase and between endometrial secretory phase and complex hyperplasia(P<0.05).In EA,there was correlation between the positive expression rate of p57KIP2 protein and histological grade(P<0.05).However,the positive expression rate of p57KIP2 protein was unrelated to age and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion p57KIP2 participate in the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.
