| 摘 要： | 目的探索溶出度仪的系统适用性校正方法中溶剂的脱气程度对实验结果的影响。方法参照美国药典中溶出度仪的系统适用性校正方法。结果与结论溶剂中溶解的气体对实验结果影响很大,脱气是否完全是本实验能否成功的关键影响因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of menstruum's degassing degree on the experiment results in the apparatus suitability test.Methods The way of apparatus suitability test is described in the United States pharmacopoeia.Results and conclusion The dissolved gas had a great effect on experiment result.If dissolved gas wasn't completed degassed,the experiment would fail. |
