| 摘 要： | ＥＢ病毒相关的Ｔ／ＮＫ细胞淋巴增殖性疾病（ＥＢＶ Ｔ／ＮＫＬＰＤ）包括慢性活动性ＥＢＶ感染（ＣＡＥＢＶ）、ＥＢＶ相关的噬血细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症（ＥＢＶ-ＨＬＨ）和Ｔ／ＮＫ恶性疾患等。以Ｔ或ＮＫ细胞的异位感染为特征，发病的潜在机制复杂，包括Ｔ或ＮＫ细胞遗传学异常。频繁的致死转归是由于ＥＢＶ感染的Ｔ／ＮＫ细胞恶性转化和发生ＨＬＨ和ＣＡＥＢＶ。治疗策略尚需进一步探讨和完善。 |

| Abstract: | Epstein-Barr virus-associated T-/NK cell lymphoproliferative diseases（ EBV-T/NK LPD）including chronic active EBV infection（ CAEBV）, EBV associated hemophagoeytie lymphohistioeytosis（EBV-HLH）, and T/NK malignant disorders and so on. All are characterized by eetopic EBV irffection of NK or T-cell subpopulations,the underlying pathogenesis is complex,including genetic abnormalities in T or NK cells. The frequently fatal outcome is due to malignant transformation of EBV-infected lymphocytes and the occurrence of HLH and CAEBV. Further understanding of the pathogenesis and its relation to clinical manifestation is necessary to develop strategies to control the eetopic EBV infections of these unique syndromes. |
