| 摘 要： | 目的：观察乐脉颗粒对帕金森病病人的临床疗效。方法：采用随机、开放对照试验的方法将52例患者分为对照组（20例）,予多巴丝肼或美多巴的治疗,处理组（32例）在前述药物的基础上加乐脉颗粒,疗程6周。治疗前后行UPDS评分。结果：处理组联合治疗的临床疗效优于对照组单纯多巴丝肼或美多巴治疗。结论：乐脉颗粒有增加PD患者多巴丝肼或美多巴的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effect of LEMAIKELI on patients with parkinson's disease.Methods:52 patients were dividied into control group and (20 patients) and treatment group (32 patients) at random.The control group was given Benserazide or Madopa.The treatment group was given LEMAIKELI besides Benserazide or Madopa.UPDS were evaluated before treatment and after treatment 6 weeks.Results:The decrease of UPDS in treatment group has statistical significance compared with that of control group (P<0 01).Conclusion:LEMAIKELI can increase the effect of Benserazide or Madopa on patients with Parkinson's Disease. |
