| 摘 要： | 目的 通过口服小剂量倍他乐克及小剂量波依定与单独口服倍他乐克，波依定对照观察治疗高血压病的临床效果。方法 实验组３０例高血压病患者，口服倍他克乐２５ｍｇ．２次／ｄ，波依定５ｍｇ．１次／ｄ。对照组各３０例高血压病，分别口服倍他乐克５０ｍｇ．２次／ｄ，另一组波依定１０ｍｇ．１次／ｄ。结果 实验组比对照组临床疗效显著提高，副作用减低。结论 联合用药方法是治疗高血压病的首选方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:The clinical observation of Low dose Betaloc and plendil compared with that of Betaloc or plenclil alone. METHODS:90 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=30) and the control group (n=60). The patients in treatment group were treated with Betaloc and plendil at a dosage of 50mg/d and 5mg/d. The patients in control group. 30 cases with Betaloc (50mg po Bid) others (30 cases) with plendil (10mg po Bid). RESULTS:The clinical effects of the treatment group were raised significantly than that of the control group. The side effects were decreased. CONCLUSION:The first therapy with hypertention is to combine Betalvc with plendil |
