| Abstract: | Clinical manifestation and CT findings of 21 cases with transtentorial hernia were analysed. The changes of brainstem, cisterna and ventricles of brain were clearly showed by CT machine with high resolution for making diagnosis easly. The relationship between transtentorial hernia and the size and the area of supratentorial space occupying lesion was also discussed. |
