中国北方敬老院男性人群心血管疾病危险因素调查

目的了解中国北方敬老院男性人群心血管疾病危险因素流行及其聚集情况。方法 2010年12月到2012年6月对北方地区15个敬老院1269名男性人群进行问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检查。调查其一般状况和心血管病高危因素（包括高血压、肥胖、吸烟、血脂异常、糖尿病）的发生情况。结果北方敬老院男性人群中93.1%有一种及以上的心血管病高危因素,最常见的依次为高血压（71.9%）、超重或肥胖（44.3%）、吸烟（41.8%）、血脂异常（40.1%）、糖尿病（9.4%）,60岁以上人群尤其明显;合并两种（及以上）或三种（及以上）患者的比例分别为69.3%和34.5%。结论北方地区敬老院男性人群特别是60岁以上老年人高血压患病率高,并且多数男性人群合并多种心血管疾病危险因素。

A survey on risk factors of cardiovascular diseases in male population in nursing homes in northern part of China

Objective To investigate the epidemic and clustering status of risk factors of cardiovascular diseases（CVD） in male population in nursing homes in northern part of China,and provide the evidence for preventing CVD in nursing homes.Methods Male population（n =1269） was given questionnaire survey,physical examination and laboratory tests in 15 nursing homes in northern part of China from Dec.2010 to June,2012.The level 1 status and incidence of risk factors of CVD（including hypertension,obesity,smoking,dyslipidemia and diabetes） were surveyed.Results In male population in nursing homes in northern part of China,there was 93.1% population with one or more risk factors of CVD,including,in order,hypertension（71.9%）,overweight or obesity（44.3%）,smoking（42.2%）,dyslipidemia（40.1%） and diabetes（9.4%） especially in population ≥ 60 years.The proportion of combining with 2 and 3 risk factors were 69.3% and 34.5% respectively.Conclusion The incidence of hypertension in male population in nursing homes in northern part of China was high,especially in ≥ 60,most of them have multiple risk factors of CVD.It indicates that the prevention of CVD is depended on hypertension control and reducing the risk factor of CVD.
